Users found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited pending compliance review. now32 cooperates fully with applicable regulatory authorities in such cases.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the now32 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. now32 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals where duplicate accounts are identified.
now32 does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. Prior to processing any withdrawal, now32 requires all users to complete a one-time KYC verification. This process involves submitting a government-issued photo identity document and, in some cases, proof of address and source of funds. KYC reviews are typically completed within 30 minutes during operational hours. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
You must ensure that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. If any information changes — including your registered address, email, or phone number — you must update your Account profile promptly. now32 is not liable for failed communications or payment processing errors resulting from inaccurate Account information.
now32 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods (subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits):
Credit and debit card deposits may be available subject to the issuing bank's policies regarding transactions with gambling platforms. now32 is not responsible for deposits blocked or declined by third-party payment processors.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Deposits below this threshold may not be processed and will be returned where technically possible. now32 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
Standard processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — typically 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals — subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 10 to 60 minutes for BTC and faster for ETH, USDT, and LTC. During high-traffic periods such as EPL match weekends or Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, processing may be subject to brief additional delays.
now32 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: (a) the transaction is suspected to be connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering; (b) the Account has not completed KYC; (c) the source of funds cannot be adequately verified; or (d) a chargeback has been initiated by the User against now32. Reversed deposits will be returned to the original payment method minus any applicable third-party fees.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards issued by now32 are subject to terms specific to that promotion. Where a promotion does not specify particular terms, the following general conditions apply. Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only, subject to the eligibility criteria specified in each offer.
Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time of claim. As a general guide: a rollover of X15 on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets before the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. Rollovers must be completed within the stated expiry window, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or wager is as specified in the relevant promotion — typically in the range of RM 50 to RM 500. Exceeding this limit constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements. As a general guide: video slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10% to 20%; lottery and arcade games may contribute at varying rates. Specific contribution rates are stated in each individual promotion's terms.
now32 employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee rollover without risk, and systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics to artificially fulfil wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.
Referral bonuses of RM 38 per successful referral are subject to the referring User remaining in good standing, and the referred User making a qualifying deposit and completing the required wagering activity within the specified window. Self-referrals using secondary accounts or fabricated identities are prohibited and constitute bonus fraud.
now32 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Maximum stake limits apply and may vary by market, event, and account tier. Bets placed after an event has commenced ("in-play" bets) are accepted based on real-time odds at the time of submission and are subject to standard latency conditions.
In the event of an obvious error in posted odds — including but not limited to typographical errors, system failures, or feed errors — now32 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account. now32 will not profit from clear pricing errors at the expense of Users, and Users will not be entitled to retain winnings from obvious errors.
For sportsbook markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other events: if an event is abandoned before completion, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules of the relevant market. In general, football matches that do not complete 90 minutes of play will be voided and stakes returned, unless an in-game market was conclusively settled before abandonment.
All casino and live dealer game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or by real-time gameplay in licensed live studio environments. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect mathematically expected long-run averages across millions of rounds, not individual session outcomes. now32 does not guarantee any player a specific return in any single gaming session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and permanent ban:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, now32 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity; (c) any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond now32's reasonable control, including but not limited to server failures, telecommunications outages, or force majeure events.
now32's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the balance held in that User's Account at the time the claim arises. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and now32 makes no warranty — express or implied — as to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation.
now32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time with or without prior notice if: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the User has been identified as a prohibited person; (d) regulatory or licensing obligations require it; or (e) the Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
Upon closure of an Account, any Real-Money Funds standing to the User's credit — subject to verification of no pending investigations — will be returned to the User's registered payment method. Bonus Funds not subject to an active withdrawal claim will be forfeited upon closure. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with their normal settlement rules.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing, all pending wagers will be settled normally. Any remaining Real-Money Balance will be paid to the User's last verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
